How to order?

1. You can email us directly to order. Please include the following details:
a. Name
b. Contact Number
c. Country and Email Address
d. Serial number
e. Size and Colour
f. Quantity

2. Once we have received your orders, we will check on the availability of the products you ordered. A confirmation email will be sent to you. Upon confirmation of your orders, payment can be proceeded.

Kindly note that the orders with incomplete information will not be processed. Any inconvenience is regretted.

How To Pay?

-Within Singapore-
1. Customers can either choose to pay in full amount or a down payment for the products they have ordered. A down payment will be required to cover the air fee of the products to Singapore. The down payment amount may varies but is usually around half the price of the product.

2. When the products have arrived, the remaining amount left from the down payment has to be paid before or on delivery.

3. Payment can be made by Internet Banking/ ATM fund transfer/ Cheques/ Cash.

4. All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD).

5. All prices are inclusive of shipment cost to Singapore except delivery charges to customers' doorstep. Customers can choose the mode of delivery.

6.Upon payment, your products will arrive in approximately 5-7 working days. Please note that late payment of orders will result in the delay of arrival time.

Delivery

-Within Singapore-
The products will reach in approximately 5 - 7 working days. Delivery can be as follows:
1. Mail delivery. Postage will depend on the weight of the product. Normal mailing will be used unless requested by customer for registered mail**.
2. Home delivery. Charges will depend on the weight of the product and distance travelled.
3. Self collection (No extra charges).
